All other department managers (production, sales and marketing, finance, R&D) also manage people and are responsible for HRM. Therefore, it is vital for every manager to have sufficient competencies and adequate knowledge in HRM, irrespective of their designated field. This is the most suitable way to achieve organizational success through human resources.
